Pending Price Index Report- May 2010

Here is a brand-new, powerful report to give you an idea of where the real estate market is headed.  This report is produced by the Arizona Regional Multiple Listing Service, of which I am a member, and predicts the direction of the market four months into the future based on pending sales in the MLS.  No one besides members of ARMLS have access to this kind of forecasting data and I have been given permission to share it with you!

The encouraging news in this report is that the last 12 months have shown relative stability compared to the steep decline of the previous 12 months in 2008-2009.  Stability- I like it!
